Life is filled with so many hardships: heartbreak, illness, injury, death, abandonment but doesn’t mean that we can’t deal with them. These hardships come in our life because god wants us to be stronger. When you are in pain, you should find the ways which can heal you in the time of hardship. In this situation we should to pursue whatever make us feel better like talking with your near and dear ones, going for a trip, reading good books, watching motivational and inspirational content and some other activities (yoga, playing video games, singing, dancing, drawing etc). Never keep yourself alone when you are in the pain and do what makes you forget your pain. Keep yourself positive.
